Karsen Koltun

Born and raised in Kelowna, the Okanagan isn't just where Karsen works, it's home.

Karsen started his career at Royal LePage Kelowna at age 13 as an administrative assistant in August 2018, learning the business from the ground up. He earned his real estate license in July 2024, becoming one of the youngest licensed REALTORs in British Columbia, and was awarded Rookie of the Year at Royal LePage Kelowna in February 2026. Throughout his career, he has been involved in over 222 real estate transactions.

Beyond real estate, Karsen founded a marketing agency with 12 full-time team members and over 30 clients, giving his listings a serious competitive edge with professional content, digital strategy, and exposure most agents simply can't match. He also founded the Kelowna Founders Club, a networking club for young entrepreneurs in the Okanagan, where he serves as President. He's currently a Commerce student at UBC Okanagan.

He works across Kelowna, West Kelowna, Lake Country and Peachland, with first-time buyers and new construction presales as his specialty: Paramount Peak and Pinnacle Ridge in Tallus Ridge, Green Square in the Lower Mission, Revo, Rosevale Estates and Shannon Lynn on the Lake.
